The Story

The cover of Going for the One, designed by Roger Dean, shows a figure looking up at the Century Plaza Towers in Century City. The 44-story towers, opened in 1975 and designed by Minoru Yamasaki, the same architect as the World Trade Center, were the most futuristic symbol of Los Angeles at the time.
