The Story

The Sarm Studio in Notting Hill is where Bob Marley recorded the classic Exodus, Led Zeppelin recorded parts of Led Zeppelin IV, and Queen recorded parts of We Are the Champions. The original building was later sold to real estate developers. A blue plaque on the building commemorates Bob Marley's time there and the recording of Exodus.
