Salomão Borges Filho was born in Belo Horizonte on January 10, 1952. Lô Borges was a teenager when he became friends with Milton Nascimento and started playing on the street corners of Santa Tereza. He co-wrote and played on the 1972 double album that changed Brazilian music forever. "Paisagem da Janela" and "O Trem Azul" are some of his classics. He died on November 2, 2025, at the age of 73 and is buried here in Parque da Colina.
