Jim Morrison lived at this address in West Hollywood during much of The Doors' years. The house was known for the chaotic life Morrison led. In 1971, he went to Paris with his girlfriend Pamela Courson, saying he needed a break from music and Los Angeles. He died in their Paris apartment on July 3, 1971, at the age of 27.
