An outdoor amphitheater in McLaren Park in the Excelsior district where Jerry Garcia grew up. It was named after him following his death in 1995. Here is the stage for Jerry Day every August, a tribute festival featuring Grateful Dead cover bands that draws Deadheads from all over the country.
