Guns N' Roses Hell House

Guns N' Roses

1987

The Story

The house in West Hollywood where Guns N' Roses lived and rehearsed while writing and recording Appetite for Destruction in 1987. Nicknamed "Hell House" by the band members themselves, the place was so dilapidated and chaotic that the legend grew alongside the album. Axl, Slash, Duff, Izzy, and Steven lived here in a state of creative chaos that was captured in every track of rock's best-selling debut album.
