Guns N' Roses
· 1987
The house in West Hollywood where Guns N' Roses lived and rehearsed while writing and recording Appetite for Destruction in 1987. Nicknamed Hell House by the members themselves, the place was so dilapidated and chaotic that the legend grew alongside the album. Axl, Slash, Duff, Izzy, and Steven lived here in a state of creative chaos that was captured on every track of the best-selling debut album in hard rock history.
