From the psychedelic scene of the Zodiak Free Arts Lab, where Tangerine Dream helped invent the "Berlin School" in the 70s, to the modern techno temple that is Berghain. This itinerary crosses half a century of German electronic music history. It passes through the record stores that still supply the city's DJs, including the legendary Hard Wax, and ends on the banks of the Spree River, at Watergate. Berlin didn't invent electronic music, but it was here that it developed.
