Miles Davis, Bill Evans, John Coltrane
1935–
This subterranean triangular jazz club in the West Village has been operating continuously since 1935, making it one of the oldest jazz clubs in the world. Miles Davis, Bill Evans, and John Coltrane recorded live albums here that are considered some of the greatest jazz recordings ever made. It still hosts jazz shows seven nights a week.
