The Story

This studio at 676 Broadway, in NoHo, is the current home of The Hit Factory, reopened by Troy Germano in 2008 after the old complex on West 54th Street was sold. Kendrick Lamar, Travis Scott, Lady Gaga, Kanye West, Mark Ronson, and Adele have recorded parts of their albums here in recent years. In 2016, Blondie rehearsed in the space for the album Pollinator, with Debbie Harry spending hours in the main room before the tour. The studio continues the legacy of the name, which has spanned six different addresses over five decades of history. Still active.
