Stonehenge Rock Bar / Caverna Rock Pub

The Story

This venue was established in September 1999, when Rodrigo Cunha, known as "Sapão," decided to open a rock and reggae bar in an old abandoned house in Barro Preto, and named the place Stonehenge Rock Bar during its very first weekend of operation. After more than two decades, it closed on April 10, 2021, a victim of the Covid-19 pandemic. In 2022, the venue reopened under new management with the name Caverna Rock Pub, continuing the tradition of live shows, cover bands, and events for the Minas Gerais underground scene.
