The Story

This store opened in 1990, founded by Wayne Conti, who bought the premises from the previous owner, also in the used book business, thus keeping alive a tradition of bookstores at the same address that had been going on since the 1960s. The collection consists almost entirely of donations or trades, mixing books and vinyl crates, without obvious organization. In 2022, Conti even launched his own publishing imprint within the store. It remains in operation.
