The Story

The extraordinary Gothic Revival mansion in Holland Park, designed by architect William Burges from 1875 as his own residence. Jimmy Page bought it from actor Richard Harris in 1972 for £350,000, outbidding David Bowie. Page described still finding new details in the building 20 years after moving in.
