The Harlem club where bebop was invented in late-night jam sessions in the early 1940s. Charlie Parker, Dizzy Gillespie and Thelonious Monk all played the legendary Monday night sessions. Miles Davis described Minton's as the place where everything changed. Still operating as a jazz club today.
