The Story

This mansion was bought by Elvis and Priscilla Presley in December 1970 on the border between Beverly Hills and Holmby Hills, a region known as the Platinum Triangle. It was the last house the couple shared before separating in 1972, and Priscilla continued living there with their daughter Lisa Marie until selling the property in 1975. Elvis died at Graceland in 1977, never owning another home in Los Angeles after that sale. The property underwent renovations over the years and was sold for 29.3 million dollars in 2020, along with the neighboring land.
