Brian Epstein Statue / NEMS Record Shop

The Story

In October 1961, a customer entered Brian Epstein's record shop and asked for a copy of 'My Bonnie' by The Beatles, a band Epstein had never heard of. He visited the Cavern Club a few weeks later to investigate and became their manager. The shop no longer exists. In 2022, sculptor Andy Edwards created a statue of Brian Epstein walking from his record shop to the Cavern Club.
