The Story
The Victoria & Albert Museum in East London, opening in 2025 at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, houses over 250,000 objects from the V&A collection in a publicly accessible storage facility. Within it, the David Bowie Centre, opening in September 2025, safeguards the artist's complete personal archive of over 90,000 pieces including costumes, instruments, handwritten lyrics, and stage props spanning his entire career.
