1982
This club opened in 1982, and on April 24, 1988, at the Sub Pop Sunday parties, Nirvana played their first major show in Seattle there, introducing the band to the public who would begin to make noise around the scene. Mudhoney debuted live on the same stage. Alice in Chains and Mother Love Bone also performed regularly there throughout the 80s and early 90s. The Vogue operated until around 1999 when it moved to Capitol Hill, closing for good in 2007 under the name Blacklight.
