1909
This four-story building was constructed in 1909 by the Masons of the Scottish Rite, in a style that blends Gothic, Neoclassical, and Beaux-Arts. Sold in 1997, the space eventually became a concert venue under the management of Goldenvoice, the company also behind Coachella, starting in 2008. It remains active, hosting a variety of shows ranging from rap, metal, and indie to electronic music.
