This Red Hot Chili Peppers classic was recorded in this famous Laurel Canyon mansion. The album photos were also taken here. Producer Rick Rubin rented the house for the band to live and record at the same time. The mansion has a reputation for being haunted. The album Stadium Arcadium was also recorded here, as well as works by Audioslave, Slipknot, System of a Down, The Mars Volta, Jay-Z, and Linkin Park.
