The Story

Site of Legião Urbana's first show in the Distrito Federal, on October 23, 1982, at the Teatro de Arena of the Centro Administrativo Vivencial e Esporte (Cave), in Guará. The show came just weeks after the band's fateful debut performance in Patos de Minas, where Legião Urbana and Plebe Rude were arrested because of lyrics considered subversive, only to be released after the police learned they were from Brasília. Today, the theater is an official stop on the Rota Brasília Capital do Rock and underwent a major renovation completed at the end of 2024, after 20 years without maintenance.
