This building is affectionately known by generations of students as Minhocão, with its curved concrete structure designed by Oscar Niemeyer. The entrance of the ICC Norte was the scene of great gatherings of Brasília's rock bands in the 80s. Aborto Elétrico, Blitx 64, Banda 69, and Plebe Rude performed for students during the day, and on weekends, the shows migrated to the Architecture Department, consolidating the city's rock movement.
