The Story

Galeria Praça Sete was inaugurated in 1962 in downtown Belo Horizonte, and in the 80s, some floors became known as BH's Rock Gallery. The gallery features record stores, clothing shops, tattoo and piercing parlors catering to the city's metal scene. In the 2010s, the place experienced a crisis with stores closing and a feeling of insecurity in Praça Sete, but it managed to recover in the following years. It remains active, considered to this day the main hub of the city's rock and metal culture.
