The Story

This store started in February 2023, with the couple Jess Fairclough and Marc Walker, selling records at a market in Liverpool. It was so successful that, in June, they opened a physical space on Suffolk Street. In addition to the store, they set up a podcast, recording behind the counter, and have already hosted guests such as Will Sergeant from Echo & the Bunnymen, Andy McCluskey from OMD, and Alan McGee, founder of Creation Records. It is still in business.
