Concha Acústica

The Story

At the peak of Jovem Guarda, the Concha Acústica, designed by Oscar Niemeyer on the shores of Lake Paranoá, hosted the famous trio Roberto Carlos, Erasmo Carlos, and Wanderléa, in a show seen by over 25,000 people. In 1985, it was the stage for the launch of the collective LP Rumores, bringing together several bands from the golden age of Brasília rock. Since then, national and international artists have performed on this stage. Some of the first editions of Porão do Rock took place here, as well as the launch show of Natiruts' first album in 1997, and the return of Plebe Rude to its original lineup in 1999.
