The house where Ian Curtis lived with his wife Deborah and daughter Natalie, and where he wrote much of Joy Division's second album Closer. On the night of 17 May 1980, he rearranged the family photos on the mantelpiece before taking his own life. The house is a private residence but has become an unofficial monument, drawing fans from across the world.
