Created in 2013 by São Paulo native Luciano Sorrentino, an art director who traded agencies for vinyl, Sonzera began as an itinerant Vinyl Truck, traveling to fairs, events, and shows with rarities of MPB, jazz, soul, metal, pop, and classic rock. For five years without a fixed address, in November 2018 it opened a physical store on the upper floor of Galeria Nova Barão, with careful design, a curated collection, and sound equipment to test records on the spot. Today it operates as a physical store and an online store. The collection spans vinyl, CDs, and cassettes, from underground to mainstream, national and imported.
