The Story

This mansion from the 1940s in the Mooca neighborhood was once a residence before becoming, in 2014, Latin America's largest vinyl record store. The owner, Manoel Jorge Dias, amassed over 1 million records covering every conceivable genre, from classic rock to rare Brazilian music finds. It was chosen by Veja magazine as one of São Paulo's top 30 tourist attractions. O Casarão frequently organizes events and fairs dedicated to collectors. Open daily starting at 9 AM.
