Loja de Discos
2014
This 1940s mansion in the Mooca neighborhood was once a home, a doctor's office, and a computer school before becoming, in 2014, the largest vinyl record store in Latin America. Owner Manuel Jorge organized over 1 million records in alphabetical order, covering every imaginable genre, from classic rock to Brazilian music rarities. It was elected by Veja magazine as one of São Paulo's 30 main tourist attractions. O Casarão frequently organizes events and fairs dedicated to collectors. Open daily from 9 am.
