The Story

This square, officially Praça Santos Dumont, is one of the biggest meeting points for urban culture outside the Plano Piloto. Since Taguatinga's early years, the place has established itself as a spot for alternative youth and skateboarders from the Federal District, also associated with hip-hop movements in the region. With its open spaces and its own skate park, the square has shaped generations of skaters in the capital, becoming a reference for those who want to reveal new talents in the sport in the DF.
