Neumos / Moe's Mo Roc'n Café

The Story

This place was a car showroom and became a concert venue in 1992, called Moe's Mo'Roc'N Café. It soon became the favorite spot for bands touring the United States, hosting Bush, Oasis, Goo Goo Dolls, and Garbage before their global fame. In June 1996, Pearl Jam used the stage for the live premiere of Mirror Ball, a collaborative project with Neil Young, in one of the club's most memorable shows. The club closed in 1998 and reopened in 2003 as Neumos, short for New Moe's, and continues to host shows to this day.
